In this session, we will be taking a look at how our own cultures shape the way we view the world, take in, and process new information. By looking at our neurobiology and finding its limits in our minds, we can begin to feel comfortable with teaching and learning from points of view different from our own. The goal of this session is to provide you with stepping stones to move forward in teaching in a classroom with the diverse backgrounds that your students possess.
