KEA Constitutional Amendments & Intent to Run for Office Due Feb 15
Deadline to submit written notice of intent to run for office or proposed amendments to the KEA Constitution with written rationales must be received at KEA no later than 5:00 pm (Eastern Time) February 15, 2010. Notices and submissions should be directed to the Constitution and Compliance Committee at KEA Headquarters, Frankfort, KY.

KEA Presidents' Scholarships Available
KEA Presidents' scholarships are available to KEA members in each of four areas: members working on Rank I; members working on Rank II; ESP members working on teacher certification; and, members who are candidates for NBC. All applicants must apply at the District Association level. Kentucky Students Don’t Need Charter Schools

For Kentucky’s children to be successful, however, KEA believes we should focus together on funding all Kentucky public schools for all children rather than diverting our attention to an unproven strategy that eliminates oversight and accountability.
